• ​We take great pride in the cleanliness of our cottages, so we have an additional charge of £20 to cover the additional cleaning and laundry costs incurred.

• We request that dogs are not allowed onto the beds, and please use the  throws provided if they are likely to jump onto the sofa.

• Dogs must not be left alone in the cottages or unsupervised in the garden area.

• Unfortunately we are unable to welcome dogs under 6 months of age.

• Dogs must be on a lead when outside the cottage and garden area.

• Please ensure flea and worm treatment is up-to date and that you use the poo bags and bin provided.

• Please note that as we have our own working dogs and livestock on the farm, we are unable to welcome very nervous/reactive dogs or banned breeds.
