Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday date.

  • If a cancellation is made, any monies paid will be refundable (less any costs incurred) only once the dates have been rebooked.

  • If it is necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control, for us to cancel your booking, we will refund any monies paid in full.

  • The maximum occupancy of the cottages must not be exceeded unless with prior approval and is subject to additional charges.

  • Additional overnight guests (not included on the booking form) are not permitted without prior approval.

  • We do not take a damage deposit, but ask that guests treat the property with respect and notify us of any breakages or faults at the time of occurrence so that repairs or replacements can be made

  • Guests should abide by the health and safety information provided when using the hot tub

  • The hot tub is strictly for the use of guests of our cottages only

  • We reserve the right to terminate your booking without compensation due to unacceptable or illegal behaviour.

  • We reserve the right to enter the property during your stay to carry out essential repairs

  • We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control e.g. loss of power, internet, water, unavailability of the hot tub due to damage

  • Pets allowed only in The Roundhouse and must be pre-booked (please see our dog rules)

  • No smoking inside the cottages

We recommend that guests have their own travel insurance to cover all eventualities
