The shops have been filled with bunnies since Boxing Day and now half term is out of the way, Easter holidays will soon be upon us! If you're visiting us this Easter, you'll be looking for ways to keep the kids entertained - fear not - there are always lots of Easter events to choose from so read on....
You won't be able to go anywhere without there being some sort of chocolate themed treasure hunt to help amuse the kids, so you can safely inflict the more grown up tourist attractions on them without too many complaints! RHS Rosemoor gardens, Hartland Abbey, NT Brownsham, NT Arlington Court and the lovely fishing village of Clovelly are all joining in.
All the family adventure parks will have lots of Easter themed events - The Milky Way and The Big Sheep are two of the most popular local ones - and there'll be lots of animals to see and feed - including spring lambs at The Big Sheep.
And we mustn't forget Easter Sunday - enjoy a traditional Sunday carvery a few miles away at The Red Post, or perhaps take a stroll into the village to our local pub The Molesworth Arms which will be doing its fantastic slow cooked Easter Lamb - booking is essential for both!
